The large inclination corrugated sidewall conveyor belt consists of three parts: the base belt, the sidewall, and the transverse partitions. The sidewall prevents material from sliding and spilling. To facilitate movement around the drum, the sidewall is designed in a corrugated shape. The transverse partitions serve to support the material. To achieve large inclination conveying, T-type and TC-type designs are adopted. The sidewall and transverse partitions are connected to the base belt through a secondary vulcanization process, ensuring high connection strength.
